We stayed near the El Gezira Hotel and spent some time in the restaurant and bar and found the service and staff excellent. We tried to book in before we arrived but the apartments were full.

My wife and I tried to book the El Gezira for our stay in Sept 2007 but the apartments were fully booked. However, we did frequent the hotel on several occasions during our stay on the West Bank and found the food and staff very good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone from the owner down to the kitchen staff treat you like a member of their family. I don't think you could get better service in a 5 * Hotel!
