I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Sharm el-Sheikh. Cleopatra Tsokkos Hotel is probably the worst. Having said that it, it is cheap and you can get some good deals if you just want a room. I wouldn't suggest eating too often in the restaurant and certainly wouldn't recommend half board. There are much nicer places to eat. Hotel is fairly tired and needs a good face lift. Staff are ok but not brilliant, which is unusual for Sharm. As I said: Cheap and not too cheerful.
