Exotic Studios are lovely apartments did just what they said on the box! No air con but a large fan cost €10 for the week and if you leave both doors open you get a lovely breeze. Very clean with a reasonable range of items in the kitchen not that we used them for anything more than a cup of tea in the morning and alcohol/water in the fridge which has an ice box. Bedding and towels changed once mid week which is all we expected but would have been nice to have it done twice safety deposit box €10 for the week and although there is a lock up to store your luggage you can keep the room till 8pm on departure day for an extra €20. The studios are in a great location close to a large supermarket, 3 different pool locations, the only cash machine, restaurants, bars and the beach all 5 minutes walk at the most.

The Exotic Studios are in a good location, we had a sea view and a nice apartment. Its your standard Greek accommodation, nothing fancy. Looks reasonably new. No air-con which was a shame (but expected), but a decent fan can be hired for 10 Euro a week.
The resort is nice, and found some good places to eat, our personal favourite being Argo. Excellent White Snapper. There's plenty of tavernas and bars with a mix of authentic and those tailored for the Brits.
People were very friendly and we would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a relaxing, quiet get-away. Good value for money. (Kos (Kefalos) is a windy Island, which is appreciated when it is very hot.)

We arrived at the apartments late at night and they looked fine in the dark.....then the sun came out!!!
Our room was cleaned ONCE during the week we stayed there. Fresh towels were provided but no bed linen was left. The bin should have been emptied and the floors swept 5 times during the week but this also happened ONCE. While waiting for the bus to pick us up to go back to the airport the sewage pipe burst and horrible gunk was spilling on the path. It was awful.
We strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

There was no water when we arrived and no air conditioning. In the end we transferred to another hotel and enjoyed the luxury of water and air conditioning!! Tour Operator: Cant remember
