Booked through Thomson. Our accommodation was standard, rooms were more than disappointing. After a few hours and attendance of Rep we were allocated rooms in the new block which were supurb and up to European 5* standard which we were promised to be moved into the next morning at 9am. Good to their word we were and absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend you book the "Whispering Palms Classic" rooms well worth the extra. If your tour operator cannot offer you these rooms contact the hotel direct they will upgrade you at a suppliment.
