I arrived very late on the first night, to be met by an indifferent man on the desk, too absorbed in the internet and his girlfriend to take much notice. It was 2am, and I was VERY tired. I needed to park my car the the car park mentioned in the blurb. He gave me 2 night passes, and I drove around the corner to the garage. It was a miserable night, and when I got there the garage was closed up. When I got back to the hotel, the chap said, "Thats what I told you, the pass is for the nights starting at 5.30 and ending at 11!" He blatently hadn't, and that was reinforced the next morning by the next Reception staff member who phoned the garage to ask about this, and told me there was a button to press on the wall to gain entry after 1am. Why didn't the last bloke know this, or have a hand out? The night before, once I had parked the car outside in an ordinary bay, I planned to get up early and move it. This wasn't hard as the room was TOTALLY freezing. I should have explored for a heater, but I was too tired. Why wasn't the heater on for me when I arrived? There was also no tea or coffee making equipment in te room, so I went to bed after not having anything to eat or drink since 9pm! The next day, when I got back to the hotel, there was a key sticking out of my door! A cleaner apparently had left it all day. I had personal items in my room, and was very angry. The chap on the desk (3rd one in 24 hours) was dissmissive. The breakfast was adequate. I visited a hotel on the corner of the same street, and the difference was incredible. It was called O'Shea's and the food and bar were very welcoming. The manager was around and helpful, and I would look at that one and AVOID Browns at all costs. Tour Operator: Expedia
