Venice. What can you say? Unbelievable, everything you imagine it to be and more... without a doubt one of the best places I have ever visited. I stayed at the Concordia Hotel, which is wonderfully situated right near St Marks. Staff were truly excellent with good English, what great service! helpful and organised and sorted out bookings etc. My room was clean, light and comfortable, with a bathroom of good standard thouh shower a bit leaky. Excellent food. Great trip to Murano to sightsee and spend money on exquisite glass. Venice has captured my heart and I cant wait to go back... the Concordia would be my choice on return for sure.
