Hotel Anadeus - Eric Goodyer. Date of travel: Aug 2007
We booked in for 3 nights at the start of our trip and 2 at the end. We were given a 20% discount. They charged the full price for the second stay, refused to print out a bill for the correct amount, and claimed they would look in to my written complaint and contact me. They never came back, did not respond to phone calls or emails, and drew down the money from my credit card. DO NOT give this hotel your credit card details under any circumstances!
