I have just returned from Benidorm. My wife and myself can both say with hand on heart the greatest holiday we have had. We went for our 40th birthdays, the food was unbeatable and so was the service and also the entertanment we have spent the last 10yrs travelling and stoping in 5* hotels and none of them come close to the Queens Hotel superb management and service. We take our hats of to Wayne, Derek and Avie. Will soon be returning. Thanks guys.

Had a week at The Queens Hotel in the Old Town. Not the quietist location but if that doesn't concern you then it is certainly in a buzzing and vibrant area. The food was great. The flexible half board arrangement for dinner, which could be taken anytime from lunchtime onwards till about 10pm was brilliant. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The owners, Wayne & Derek, are always on hand overseeing the daily operation of the Hotel. The rapport between them and their staff is very good. The entertainment provided at night in the public bar was great. My friend and I had a fabulous week there and we would certainly reccomend it to anyone. I will definitely be returning in the near future, as do many of the guests that we met on our visit.

The review of the Queens Hotel couldn't have been been more wrong. It was one of the cleanest, friendliest places we've ever stayed. Sure it's not 5 star, but fresh food cooked to order, great cabaret and a warm welcome for everyone, be it gay, straight, whatever. We will certainly return. It must be good because we had trouble getting booked in as it's so busy and it's great to be a persn rather than a room number.

Queens Hotel is situated in the Old Town and the location is excellent. Unfortunately the dream stops there. Cupboard sized rooms, dirty sheets, lousy food, affected gay staff with major attitude. Indifferent ignorant pompus rude arrogant manager. Evening caberet was a guy in a dress shouting abuse at anyone who was stupid enough to listen. Full of old single women with gold handbags and argos gold.
Bad Elvis impersonater who leers over guys feeling them up on the way past.
The rooms have 1 plug socket which is in the bathroom, no TV, no iron, terrace is situated next to the bins which are in use 24/7.
Any complaints or suggestions met with the comments "We are one of the best hotels in Benidorm if you dont like it leave".
This hotel spends a fortune on advertising and self glorification..... the money would be better spent on staff training and cleaning materials.
