When we arrived at the Gran Canaria Princess Hotel in Playa del Ingles it looked clean, marble floors and quite an impressive reception/entrance! Staff were pleasant except for waiters in the dining room as were too busy to be polite! Rooms clean and maid service was excellent! All in all a nice hotel, only down side was the lifts as there were only three in the whole hotel and it was a nightmare lugging cases. However we were on 2nd floor so wasnt so bad for us! Food was quite good,although did get fed up of it towards the end of the holiday! Tour Operator: Thomson
