When we arrived at the L'Etoile Hotel in Icmeler we were greeted by the side function room full of German/Dutch people playing a bridge tournament! The hotel is lovely and clean and the room was adequate apart from no kettle!!!. The hotel food was not very good unless you liked chicken, rice and chips. Most of the other food was not very good for the English. The function room where the bridge players were in the non players were not allowed to go in. The hotel entertainment was very poor we went out to Friends Bar in Icmeler every night which was a shame as we were all inclusive. The location of L'Etoile Hotel is excellent and the pool great. There was enough sunbeds and all the staff were very friendly. I would say that the L'Etoile Hotel should be at most a 3 star. Apart from the 4 days of rain we had a good time and made lots of friends.

The Hotel L'Etoile is a magnificent hotel with very friendly staff and surroundings. The rooms were basic but relaxing, and after midnight the loud music stops. I would go back but not on my own as it was quite intimidating, even though I have been away on my own before. more entertainment at the hotel would be good too.

The hotel was clean. Everyone helpful. Buy a phone card, don't use hotel phone!! Food varied, and something for everyone. A bit repetitive, but we were all ok, eg. no trots!! Entertainment nil points, better to go out. Drinks were very limited, vodka, lager, brandy, wine and gin and raki. Soft drinks free, ice-creams were £1.50, which we think should be included! You have to get up early to reserve a sun bed by the pool, and there wasn't enough to go round!! Beach coarse sand, not soft. Too hot when we went in August, which we knew it was gonna be!! Don't be frightened to barter, the Turks rip you off a lot. eg sunglasses. Don't buy watches, they break!!

The Hotel L'Etoile has not got enough room around the pool are ther are not enough sunbeds. The food is desgned for its main guests wo are Turkish, not at all for the British. The entertainment is absolute rubbish, not woth putting on. The sunbeds on the beach are not free. The charge is 5TL a day.

The Hotel L'Etoile was nice very posh inside. We had paid all inclusive for this. We thought there would be good entertainment, but we had 1 night of entertainment which was a Turkish night. It wasn't too bad. The food was disappointing with very little choice.
