Wrong Choice, Aegean Park Hotel - Mrs Jill Evans. Date of travel: Jul 2008
I have just come back after a weeks holiday at the Aegean Park Hotel on 31/08/2008. I booked this hotel online. It was disastrous, we were only 1 of 3 familys of English at the hotel, we should have been advised this hotel is for Russians and caters for the same. The all inclusive cannot be called all inclusive. One choice of menu and salads in all sorts of sauces every day for dinner and tea, melon for afters and ice creams have to be bought, no snacks at all in between meals. The drinks were watered down and in addition given as a sprinkling to the mixer. The bar closed at 10.30 and had a paltry two or three choices of drinks. Most of the staff were friendly, the hotel cleaner came in every day and towels were changed regular. As a plus, the hotel is in a prime spot, just not for British tourists and should not be sold as such. We travelled with Right holidays and flew by Onur airways. Pick ups and flights were on time and no problems apart from the driver of the mini bus taking us back to the airport driving like a maniac up the winding roads and frightening everyone to death.
